BLS Course for Healthcare Providers
The Heart and Stroke Healthcare Provider BLS Course (formerly called HCP-C) is a 4 hour CPR course for healthcare providers who work with AHS , students doing their practical with AHS and any other healthcare provider requiring this course as a condition of their employment with the organization they work for. The Healthcare Provider BLS Course emphasizes high-quality CPR delivery using feedback device mannikins. The Heart and Stroke BLS Provider course is approved by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alberta Health Services (AHS), follows ILCOR guidelines and as per the Heart and Stroke you must renew your certificate yearly.
