If you have never taken a Heart and Stroke course you must create one. Use the following link to enter into the correct Heart and Stroke webpage and create and account: Create a Heart and Stroke Account. You will be required to enter your Heart and Stroke ID in this registration form.

Please bring indoor footwear: slippers, socks, comfortable and clean indoor shoes. Footwear worn outside must be removed as we endeavor to keep our facility clean, safe and comfortable for all who register into a course.
Please bring to your course the following: paper, pens, snacks, beverages etc.
Please avoid using perfumes and colognes that may trigger an asthmatic attack. A medical emergency occurred recently for which EMS had to respond: this event could have been avoided.
Please dress comfortably in modest attire.
Please carry a smile and a friendly greeting to those who you will meet and greet you at Breath for Life.

The expectation is your timely arrival. The Heart and Stroke is specific about denying access into the course when a course has started. Arrive early not late.

As per the Heart and Stroke you must attend the entire course to achieve certification - you must arrive on time and not be late. Doors open 1/2 hour prior to course start time. Please arrive early so that the course can start on time. If you are late and instruction has started, you will not be allowed into your class: this is a Heart and Stroke regulation. The doors will not be reopened by the instructor to allow you access into the course as this causes a disruption for the participants who arrived on time and an interruption for the instructor. You will be required to register into another course at full fee. This is non-negotiable.*
