Your Red Cross account is created based on the email you provide. This email must not be used by any other person as it defines your account alone and no one elses. You must not change this email and must use this email to access your certificate within your Red Cross Account. Should you choose to change your email within your account, after your account has been created, Breath for Life will not be able to help you access your account or your certificate – as you will be locked out and this will prevent us from helping you.
If you have taken a Canadian Red Cross course in the past, you have a Red Cross user account. If you remember the email associated with your Red Cross account please take the time to log into your account by using the following link:
Red Cross Link and do a password reset. Your prior certificate should be available in 'My Profile, My certifications'.
