CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you cancel 30 or more days prior to the course date, a 25% processing fee will apply and the balance of your registration will be refunded/transferred. If you cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the course date, no refund will be issued.When manuals have been picked up/received there will be no refunds for cancellations or reschedules.
If you do not attend your scheduled course you will lose your full course fee. If you arrive late on the first day of class it will be assumed that you are not attending the course and no refund will be issued.
Attendance is mandatory. However, if you miss a portion of the scheduled course you may be able to schedule remedial time with the instructor at a set rate of $75.00/hour (min 3 hours). Any time missed greater than one day will constitute an incomplete.
If you decide not to complete the course, no refund will be issued.
Reminder: Please bring indoor shoes or socks. For safety reasons, outdoor shoes are not allowed in the training facilities.
